Ms. Oldinger develops business models and investment products for UWI’s Economic Clusters, infrastructure and real estate projects. As well as performing investment analysis and business plans for any new UWI projects.

Ms. Oldinger has 8 years of experience in banking and finance with previous employers including Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Nomura. She is specialized in Real Estate funds where she structured financial models to value the funds’ investments; analyzed statistical data for assets under management and conducted market research on local property market conditions. She is also specialized in listed equities, developing proprietary stock models enabling to track multiples contraction and expansion, stock positioning (market sentiment), volume indicator for early cyclical companies and a construction spending models.

Ms. Oldinger earned a Master’s of Science in Statistics and Finance from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and is FSA approved person (CISI level 3).
