Mr. Youssef oversees the technical development and operations for infrastructure assets in collaboration with governments and private sector partners. Since 2011, he has also served on the board of Medini Iskandar Malaysia.

Mr. Youssef has over 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, and real estate development including: project planning, development management, design, procurement, construction management, project management, and contract administration. Prior to joining UWI, Mr. Youssef worked with both contractors and consultants to execute real estate and infrastructure projects in the UAE, KSA and Egypt.

Mr. Youssef earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University (Egypt).
