Ms. Kassem coordinates technical operations of UWI’s real estate and infrastructure product development offerings, including: Economic Cluster theming, building regulations and standards preparation.
With an architectural engineering background, Ms. Kassem has over 15 years of experience working for multi-national companies including previous architecture and interior design development work for Kocache International and information technology support for Bechtel. As one of the first team members, Ms. Kassem has worked for over a decade for UWI. She was instrumental in developing the real estate and infrastructure assets for the Malaysian smart city Medini including: conducting research and feasibility studies, designing select Economic Cluster themes, structuring process maps and facilitating incentive packages for developers.
Ms. Kassem earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering from Alexandria University (Egypt).
